So, wherever you are, we'll have a network shop available to you. If you use a network shop, you'll enjoy priority status and high-quality repairs. The work will also be guaranteed by the shop and Progressive.
Concierge Claims Service
If you think dealing with a claim has to be a hassle, you've never used our concierge level of claims service, available in select markets. When you choose to use our concierge level of service, you simply drop off your car at a claims service center and our claims representatives will handle the entire claims and repair process for you, reducing the time you spend managing the process from several days to about 15 minutes.
With this free optional service, you just make an appointment and drop off your damaged vehicle at the arranged time. You can rent a car on site, too. Then, you just pick up your repaired vehicle when the work is finished. It's that easy.
Progressive will arrange to have estimates and repairs completed — we even handle the billing. We'll keep you updated on the progress, and when your car is fixed, we'll call to let you know.
