FOR PROGRESSIVE PROGRAM
Freight Wing Inc., "Manufacturer", warrants all equipment manufactured and sold by it through its Progressive Program to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, ordinary wear excepted, for a period of Seven (7) years after date of sale to the original purchaser. Product purchased under any other agreement will have a three year warranty.
If any part of the equipment manufactured by Manufacturer proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, contact Freight Wing Inc. Prior authorization is required before any work can be preformed. Freight Wing Inc. and its distributor's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of any part that does not meet Manufacturer's Limited Warranty and which is presented to any Freight Wing Inc. Representative, Dealer, or returned to the factory. If returned to the factory, transportation charges must be prepaid. This LIMITED WARRANTY is limited to defective parts and replacement only, labor charges and/or damages incurred during installation or replacement are excluded.
Any damage to any pieces of equipment or part thereof sold by Manufacturer as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, misapplication, flood, fire, improper installation, or any violation of instructions furnished by Manufacturer, is not covered by this limited warranty.
Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design and changes or improvements upon its equipment without notice or without imposing obligation upon itself to install the same upon its products theretofore manufactured.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREIGHT WING INC. OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE AERODYNAMIC ATTACHMENTS, EVEN IF FREIGHT WING INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCISION OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE PROGRESSIVE GROUP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY TRAILER SKIRT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES), OR LOSSES, EITHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall not apply if and to the extent that coverage may be available under any applicable policy of insurance issued by a company within the Progressive Group.
DEFINITIONS
"Progressive Group" means Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and all of its affiliated companies.
"Trailer Skirt" means a shield-like device, or set of devices, that is affixed lengthwise underneath the carriage of a semi-trailer.

ShowFuel savings tested by an independent third party on behalf of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)/Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC). Results are certified through the U.S. EPA SmartWay Transport Partnership.
**** Fuel Savings Calculator:
ShowCalculator estimates are based on the results of SAE/TMC standardized test results and the information provided by the user. Estimates assume that fuel costs increase 11.6% per year (the average U.S. annual increase from 2002-2012 according to DOE data). Actual results may vary due to different equipment configurations, operating conditions, and fuel costs.
