- CUSTOMER: (slightly embarrassed, so she explains) Yeah. So I only pay for the features I need.
- FLO: Ah-ha! So, let's customize your policy...
- Flo hands the customer a policy box. The customer looks at it - the box has a picture of herself on it, smiling and waving next to her car.
- CUSTOMER: It's me!
- FLO: (delighted that the customer is delighted) Now, just add or subtract what you want.
- CUSTOMER: I want lots of coverage...
- On the box, we see an icon appear that looks similar to a fuel gauge with the needle most of the way to the right side.
- CUSTOMER: ...a little less.
- The needle on the gauge icon adjusts.
- CUSTOMER: A low deductible, and roadside assistance. That was easy!
- Additional icons appear on the box as the customer is talking.
- FLO: Your satisfaction is our policy. A little insurance joke.
