Extensive Repair Network
Just report a claim and schedule an appointment and drop off your car at one of our network repair shops. When you choose one of our network shops, your repairs will receive a Limited Lifetime Repair Guarantee. Network repair shops provide speed, convenience and quality.
Consider adding Roadside Assistance to your policy in case your vehicle breaks down on the road. Roadside Assistance coverage will cover the cost of towing your vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility. Roadside Assistance also covers labor, up to one hour, including:
- Flat tire change
- Battery jump-start
- Emergency fuel and fluid delivery
If you have Roadside Assistance coverage on your policy, the easiest way to use it is to call us at 800-776-2778. We'll send a service provider to you to get you up and running as soon as possible. Once the provider takes care of your car, you just sign the invoice and drive away. We pay the bill, and you pay nothing out of pocket (unless, of course, you request work that isn't related to the break down).
If you contacted and paid for a Roadside Assistance service provider on your own, please send your receipt/invoice to Progressive Roadside Assistance, PO Box 9147, Medford, Mass., 02155. You'll need to include your name, policy number, the year/make/model of the vehicle that was serviced and a return address. Once we verify your coverage is in order, we'll reimburse you for your expenses, as long as they're within coverage limits.
Rental Reimbursement provides rental vehicle coverage for a maximum of 30 days if you have a claim that is covered under Comprehensive or Collision coverage. Daily rental amounts are subject to the limit purchased. Available rental reimbursement limits vary based on the weight class of your vehicle.
If you purchase Rental Reimbursement for $30/day, you will be reimbursed up to $30 per day, up to 30 days, for rental charges you incur due to a claim covered by your Comprehensive or Collision coverage.
