Business insurance claims
How to file a business insurance claim depends on the company that underwrites your policy. You'll report a claim directly to them. You can find your insurer's name and contact information in your policy documents.
Customers with a business owners policy (BOP) underwritten by Progressive can submit a claim by calling 1-855-737-4527.
Before calling, you should check your policy documents. If another carrier in our network underwrites your BOP insurance, contact them using the number listed on your policy.
