After you report a claim, you can expect one of our representatives to reach out by the end of the business day to check in on you, answer questions and address any immediate needs like arranging a tow truck or scheduling repairs.
You can use a repair shop you know or choose a shop from our extensive repair network. If you use our network, we’ll take care of all the details as the shop determines damages and provides an estimate. You’ll also get a limited lifetime warranty on the repair for as long as you own or lease the vehicle. Plus, you can track your claim by calling your representative or just by going online.
