What Types of Commercial Trucks Does Progressive Insure?
The following is a sample list of the commercial trucks that Progressive currently insures:

What Types of Commercial Tractor Trailers Does Progressive Insure?
Progressive also offers insurance for the following tractor trailers:

Please note that Progressive only insures a trailer if the vehicle hauling it is also insured by Progressive. We will, however, insure non-owned trailers that you might haul under a trailer interchange with our Trailer Interchange insurance.
What Types of Commercial Trucks and Trailers Are Not Insured?
Progressive currently cannot insure the following:
- Double-decker buses
- Emergency vehicles, such as ambulances and fire trucks
- Exhibition vehicles, such as BigFoot®, monster trucks, race cars, etc.
- Golf carts
- Military vehicles, such as a Pinzgauer or Unimog
- Trailer Only policies
- Vehicles older than 1931
- Vehicles or cargo requiring a placard
- Vehicles using repair plates
- Vehicles not licensed for the road
- Wheelchair buses
Commercial trucks that have permanently attached equipment exceeding the value of the vehicle to which it is attached are not eligible for Physical Damage insurance.
